Koh Muay Thai located in Lutz, Florida, currently offers a “All Levels Muay Thai Classes” Monday through Friday. We welcome all who are interested in learning more about the art of fighting Muay Thai as well as those looking for a great workout or a means of effective self-defense.
Muay Thai is excellent for young students as the traditions of the sport focus on respect—for oneself, their opponent, trainer, and all others—and commitment to all things they take part in.
